Something (Prussian) Blue

I think we've found "our" shade of blue!  Lance and I both had this perfect shade of blue in our heads--something lighter than navy, but darker than cobalt or sapphire.  Luckily, the Elizabeth Anne Designs blog posted an inspiration board just loaded with the color!  According to the internet, Prussian is a synthetic color, close to "medium" blue and sometimes called midnight.  I've been saving pictures with the shade for a while, but didn't have a name for it.  Isn't it stunning?

 

 P.S. -- I love the blue envelopes paired with classic black-on-white calligraphy invitations.  It's the perfect marriage of formal and fun!
