Rehearsal Dinner Menu

Last month, Lance and I finally got around to narrowing down our rehearsal dinner menu.  If you are in the bridal party and want to choose what you're eating 35 days ahead of time, here you go!

Chicken Parmigiana
Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce, blended Italian cheese and parmigiana on French bread

Alla Zia
8 oz boneless breast of chicken charbroiled and topped with blended Italian cheese, proscuitto ham, broccoli and mushrooms sauteed in a white wine lemon butter sauce with a hint of garlic and red pepper

Steak Sandwich
Choice strip sirloin charbroiled to order

Salsiccia Sandwich
Italian sausage with marinara sauce on French bread

The dinner coordinator at Zia's suggested choosing a menu of 12-14 items.  We tried to provide a wide range of options for people, but we did make a few blanket cuts (veal is expensive and we decided to save our Northeastern friends from Midwestern seafood).  I'm considering taking the time to make it pretty and printing our own menu, but Zia's will also do it, so it will likely come down to whether I have time.  If you want a suggestion, the Mostaccioli is our favorite!
